Rss also can meet like ‘feeds’ or ‘feed channel’. The information from one feed or rss can be readable from special program rss reader or aggregator. Many of browsers support rss readers inside. You can save, navigate and syndicate it from browser. Other options to take rss feed to use some of web based aggregators like:

I prefer to use web base aggregators some of mentions above. My favorite of course is pagerss, but google and Bloglines is better 
Our reader have limited rss channels separate on different category. We update it every day. You can choose and save your favorite channel on your personal account. And for one reader this is enough for now.
